EDIT: Finally 100% Visceral: The Manor!

Does anyone know how to get this secret achievement on the game Visceral: The Manor by erriecast? Haven't gotten it as a beta tester but after a month this is the last achievement that has not been unlocked. Hell it is the second last thing to be unlocked with the last item a secret item the dev said is unlocked by getting all achievements.

Have tried to beat the chapter 2 boss by hand and after multiple attempts of doing so, did not get it on beating the final boss by fist. Today after a very long while (took an hour to pull off with a very specific combo) and many attempts, had beaten the final boss with 0 nerve. This combo uses high weapon attack to deal with spawned monsters, the shield light to protect yourself against multiple attacks, the rosary beads omen to ensure you will be set to 1 hp on dying, multiple healing items that don't increase nerve or half damage taken and a ton of ammo in-case the melee weapon broke. The point of this combo is to allow the boss to attack to reduce the nerve by 1 but still deal damage (most of the time you deal 1 damager per turn and up to 3 if the coast is clear).

After a good long time of shielding extra damage, tanking damage (got to 5 hp) and even killing the boss with 0 nerve, still did not get the achievement. If anyone knows HOW to get that last achievement, PLEASE dm. Like OBVIOUSLY it must be somewhat easy to pull off because every week at least 1-3 people get the achievement according to newgrounds medal info but like HOW?

If you want to try those 2 challenges have unintentionally preformed then go ahead but please, if you know how to do this achievement then tell.
